Your Role:

As our Customer Support Manager, you will be a vital part in taking our platform to a new level and ensuring our customers harness the full potential of our platform. You'll shape our customer experience in a workplace that's as dynamic and innovative as our technology. You will join in a perfect time to work hands-on with the support to learn the customers and the platform and at the same time build up a structure, processes and a knowledge base for the Customer Support. You know that with your proactive work you can help customers early and fast to give them a fantastic experience.


  • Develop customer support strategies that align with our platform's ethos of seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • Initially manage customer support, with a vision to grow and lead a supportive team.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales and economy departments to enhance customer service.
  • Contribute to our growth, upholding our commitment to innovation and collaboration.
  • Give feedback of further development in the platform.

We’re Looking For:

  • A tech-savvy person who is passionate about SaaS-platforms.
  • Experience in developing customer support structure and processes.
  • Organizational skills and autonomy, with a talent for teamwork.
  • Interest or background in economics is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in speech and write in Swedish and English
  • Aspiration to grow with a fast-evolving company.
